  • 100g desiccated coconut

White Chocolate Crackle

  • 250g Copha
  • 125g icing sugar
  • 60g milk powder
  • 4 cups Kellogg’s Rice Bubbles® cereal
  • 100g desiccated coconut

White and Dark Chocolate Crackles (Depending on your preferred ratio)

  • Classic Chocolate Crackle mixture
  • White Chocolate Crackle mixture
  • White chocolate for drizzling (optional)
  • Dark chocolate for drizzling (optional)

PREPARATION:

  • Makes: 24 crackles

PREPARATIONS:

  1. Line a standard muffin tray with 12 muffin liners.

Classic Chocolate Crackle

  1. Melt Copha in the microwave on high.
  2. In a bowl, combine rice bubbles, icing sugar, cocoa powder, and desiccated coconut.
  3. Add melted Copha to the dry ingredients and stir to combine.

White Chocolate Crackle

  1. Melt Copha in the microwave on high.
  2. In a bowl, combine rice bubbles, icing sugar, milk powder, and desiccated coconut.
  3. Add melted Copha to the dry ingredients and stir to combine.

White and Dark Chocolate Crackles

  1. Divide the Classic Chocolate Crackle mixture evenly among the muffin liners, pressing down to create a base.
  2. Layer the White Chocolate Crackle mixture on top of the Classic Chocolate Crackle in each liner.
  3. Place the muffin tray in the fridge for 1 hour to allow the crackles to set.

ASSEMBLY:

  1. Once the crackles are set, carefully remove them from the muffin liners.
