Strawberries and cheesecake just scream to go together. You’ll be screaming for more!
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 12
1 cup Simple Strawberry Ice Cream (see Chapter 2), slightly softened
1 baked Graham Cracker Crust
2 cups Cream Cheese Frozen Yogurt slightly softened
1 cup Strawberry Sorbet slightly softened
3 cups Sweetened Whipped Cream
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Original cheesecake recipes did not contain cream cheese. American chefs are responsible for omitting the standard ricotta cheese in favor of tangy cream cheese, which is now a staple in most recipes.
DIRECTIONS:
1. Spread the Strawberry Ice Cream into the prepared pie shell. Top with the Cream Cheese Frozen Yogurt and then the Strawberry Sorbet.
2. Allow to freeze for 30 minutes.
3. Add whipped cream, piling high in the center.
4. Freeze until set. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh strawberries.
