1 cup Decadent Chocolate Ice Cream slightly softened
1 baked Chocolate Tart Crust
3 cups Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream slightly softened
3 cups Chocolate Whipped Cream

Grasshopper pie gets its name from a popular drink from the 1950s, made with crème de cacao and crème de menthe. The dessert really gained in popularity in the 1960s and has continued to please in the
decades since.
DIRECTIONS:
1. Spread the Decadent Chocolate Ice Cream into the prepared pie shell. Top with the Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream.
2. Allow to freeze for 30 minutes.
3. Add Chocolate Whipped Cream, piling high in the center.
4. Freeze until set. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
Garnish with mint leaves, halved Peppermint Patties, or Junior Mints, if desired.
