Salsa Fish

YIELD: 1 serving, with 2 grams of carbohydrates and 1 gram of fiber, for a total of 1 gram of usable carbs and 31 grams of protein.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 1 fillet (about 6 ounces) firm-fleshed white fish, such as cod or sole
  2. 2 tablespoons salsa

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Place the fish in a shallow baking pan, cover with the salsa, and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.
