INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/4 cup seed butter
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 1/2 cups coconut oil
- 1/2 cup sweetener (liquid or granulated)
- 2 tsp organic vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- First, in a small saucepan melt the coconut oil.
- In a blender add all remaining ingredients and add melted coconut oil. Blend it until smooth well.
- With the teaspoon grab the coconut mixture and make the 25 coconut balls.
- Place the balls into a baking sheet and freeze until solid. Keep refrigerated.
