Peppermint Fat Bombs

Servings: 25

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/4 cup seed butter
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup sweetener (liquid or granulated)
  • 2 tsp organic vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. First, in a small saucepan melt the coconut oil.
  2. In a blender add all remaining ingredients and add melted coconut oil. Blend it until smooth well.
  3. With the teaspoon grab the coconut mixture and make the 25 coconut balls.
  4. Place the balls into a baking sheet and freeze until solid. Keep refrigerated.
