INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup all natural creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- a pinch of coarse sea salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp liquid stevia (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a microwave safe bowl, soften the peanut butter and coconut oil together. (About 1 minute on med-low heat.)
- Combine the softened peanut butter and coconut oil with the remaining ingredients into a blender or food processor.
3. Blend until thoroughly combined.
4. Pour into a 9X4” loaf pan that has been lined with parchment paper.
5. Refrigerate until set. About 2 hours.
