INGREDIENTS:
- 1 salmon fillet (5 ounces)
- 1 tablespoon Mellow “Honey” Mustard Dressing
- 1 scallion, finely minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- If there’s skin on your salmon, remove it. Place the fillet on a baking tray.
- In a small bowl, mix together the dressing, scallion, and thyme; spread it evenly over the fish. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.
NOTE:
- Don’t be too squeamish about buying salmon with skin on it. It actually peels off quite easily, and it adds almost no time to the preparation process.
