Mexiburgers

YIELD: 1 serving, with 2 grams of carbohydrates, a trace of fiber, and 27 grams of protein.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 hamburger patty
  • 1 ounce jalepeno Jack or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 tablespoon salsa

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cook your burger by your preferred method. When it’s almost done to your liking, melt the cheese over the burger.
  2. Top with salsa and serve.
