My friend Doreen made this up, and told me about it when I told her I was writing a cookbook. So I tried it and discovered that it’s simple and wonderful.
YIELD: 6 servings, each with 1 gram of carbohydrates, a trace of fiber, and a trace of protein.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Simply combine all ingredients, and store in container with a tight-fitting lid.
