  • 30 g butter, diced
  • ⅓ cup (80 ml) milk
  • 2 ¼ cups (200 g) Perfect Italiano™ 4 Cheese Melt

 

Lamb Filling:

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 (150 g) onion, finely chopped
  • 1 (120 g) carrot, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 500 g lamb mince
  • 1 tbsp. plain flour
  • 1 tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1 cup (250 ml) beef stock
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup (120 g) frozen peas

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cheesy Mash:

  1. Begin your culinary journey by placing the diced potatoes into a large pan and covering them with cold water. Bring the water to a gentle boil and allow the potatoes to cook for approximately 20 minutes, or until they become tender. Drain the potatoes and return them to the warm pan, allowing any excess moisture to evaporate.
  2. With a dash of culinary creativity, mash the potatoes until they achieve a smooth and luscious consistency. Introduce the diced butter, milk, and half of the tantalizing 4 Cheese Melt.
