  • 1 ⅔ cups (150 g) Perfect Italiano™ Perfect Pizza cheese
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • ¼ cup finely chopped chives

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Begin by preheating your oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced). Lightly spray a 20cm round cake pan or an ovenproof fry pan with cooking spray.
  2. Prepare the Dough: Turn the classic pizza dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Add half of the Perfect Pizza cheese to the dough and knead until it’s well combined.
  3. Shape the Dough: Shape the dough into a log that is about 3cm thick. Tear portions of the dough log and place them side by side over the base of the prepared pan.
  4. Add Cheese and Chives: In a small bowl, combine the remaining Perfect Pizza cheese, garlic salt, and finely chopped chives. Sprinkle this cheese and chive mixture evenly over the dough in the pan. Give it a light spray of cooking oil to enhance the golden brown finish.
