Blueberry and Peanut Butter Porridge

Serves: 10.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1¼ cups Ensure® vanilla powder
  • 400g rolled oats
  • 2.5L full cream milk
  • 2 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 5 medium roughly cut bananas
  • 3 cups fresh/frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • Greek yoghurt

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine oats, milk and spices in a pot and cook on low heat.
  2. Once oats become soft, add bananas. Prior to serving add Ensure® powder, blueberries and peanut butter and stir through. Serve hot. Serve with Greek yoghurt.
