INGREDIENTS | YIELD: 1 CUP
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- Pinch salt
DIRECTIONS:
- Bring the maple syrup to a boil in a saucepan, then stir in the walnuts.
- Allow the syrup to return to a boil, then stir for about 10 seconds. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Store refrigerated in a covered container. Reheat as needed in a microwave, if desired.
