INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon grilled chicken seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 whole-grain sandwich buns
  • Suggested toppings: lettuce, sliced tomatoes, dill pickles, and mustard

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine the turkey, onion, chicken seasoning, parsley, and salt and mix well.
  2. Shape into 4 patties.
  3. Cook at 360°F for 9 to 11 minutes or until turkey is well done and juices run clear.
  4. Top each burger with a slice of cheese and cook 1 to 2 minutes to melt.
  5. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
