  • 300 mL Western Star Thickened Cream

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Good pinch allspice
  • 8 slices thick-cut white or wholemeal bread
  • 4 tablespoons (80 g) Western Star Spreadable Original Soft
  • Icing sugar, for dusting
  • Maple syrup, for drizzling

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Begin by whipping the Western Star Thickened Cream using an electric hand mixer until soft peaks form. Set aside, ready to add a luxurious touch to your jaffles.
