  • 1 medium banana, chopped
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon honey

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place banana, avocado, ice, coconut water, and honey in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 medium banana, chopped
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup coconut water

  • Fresh mango wedges (optional) and desiccated coconut, to serve

 

NSTRUCTIONS:

  2. Blend on high speed until smooth.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 medium banana, chopped
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt, plus extra to serve

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place banana, avocado, coconut water, honey, raspberries, and Greek yoghurt in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and top with extra yoghurt to serve.
