 INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 30 mini phyllo shells (2 boxes of 15 each), thawed
  • Cooking spray

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Begin by carefully removing any shell fragments that might be present in the crabmeat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained crabmeat, thawed and chopped spinach, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Incorporate the plain yogurt, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce into the mixture, stirring thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Gently spoon approximately a teaspoon of the prepared filling into each mini phyllo shell, distributing it evenly among them.
  5. Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange half of the filled phyllo shells in the basket, ensuring they are placed in a single layer.
  6. Set the air fryer temperature to 390°F and cook the filled shells for about 5 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  7. Once the first batch is done, remove the cooked spinach cups from the air fryer basket and repeat the cooking process with the remaining half of the filled shells.
