  • 1x 260g De Costi Cooked & Peeled Prawns with Cocktail Sauce
  • 1x 275g De Costi Crumbed Whiting Fillets
  • 1x 270g De Costi Salt & Pepper Squid
  • 1 Lemon, wedged
  • Your favorite dipping sauce (for serving)

 

PREPARATIONS:

  1. De Costi Salt & Pepper Squid:
    • Pan Fry: Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat. Cook the squid for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown.
    • Deep Fry: Alternatively, deep fry the squid for 3-4 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  2. De Costi Crumbed Whiting Fillets:
    • Oven Bake: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 6 minutes until the coating is crisp and the fish is tender.
    • Pan Fry: Heat a lightly oiled pan and cook the fillets for 3 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  3. De Costi Cooked & Peeled Prawns:
    • Remove the prawns from the pack and place them on a serving plate.
