Ingredients
• 1 lb. ground meat
• ½ tsp. paprika
• ¾ tsp. salt
• ½ tsp. onion powder
• ½ tsp. garlic powder
• ½ tsp. basil
• ½ tsp. oregano
• ½ tsp. fennel seed (optional) Pinch of rosemary, sage and thyme (or poultry seasoning)
Instructions
1. Sprinkle over meat and work the seasoning into meat with a spoon or your
hands.
2. Then add to whatever dish you want.
3. You can form patties and use them in a breakfast sandwich, or cook and
add to lasagna, soups, or whatever you need.
