Ranch Fish

Must try this easy and delicious recipe.

YIELD: 4 servings, each with 2 grams of carbohydrates, a trace of fiber, and 41 grams of protein.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 pounds white fish fillets
  • 1 package (1 ounce) dry Ranch dressing mix
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons white wine

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange the filets on the cookie sheet.
  2. Combine the dressing mix, lemon juice, oil, and wine, and pour over fish. Broil for 9 to 12 minutes, or until done.
