INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pounds white fish fillets
- 1 package (1 ounce) dry Ranch dressing mix
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons white wine
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange the filets on the cookie sheet.
- Combine the dressing mix, lemon juice, oil, and wine, and pour over fish. Broil for 9 to 12 minutes, or until done.
