YIELD: 4 servings, each with less than 1 gram of carbohydrates, no fiber, and 25 grams of protein.
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 or 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 1/2 pound steak
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Blend the butter with the garlic. (A food processor is good for this, but not essential.)
- Broil or grill your steak, as you prefer. Melt a tablespoon of garlic butter over each serving.
