Indulge in the flavors of Dublin with the delectable Dubliner pizza—a delightful fusion of traditional deli sandwiches and the timeless art of pizza making. At our take-out Slice House, we have perfected the art of brining and braising corned beef, and it has become a renowned delicacy. While we recommend starting with a store-bought brined brisket for home cooks, we add our signature touch of seasoning to the cooking liquid to create an extraordinary dining experience. Boiling the beef results in a fork-tender, succulent texture, perfect for shredding and combining with Dubliner, a nutty white Cheddar–style cheese. The final touch? Our classic house-made coleslaw, adding a burst of cool and crunchy creaminess to every slice. The Dubliner pizza captures the essence of Ireland’s flavors, transporting your taste buds to the heart of Dublin.
