CHERRY LIME ICE POPS

Frozen cherries are so sweet: only a hint of agave nectar is needed. You’ve been warned: these pops are messy, so serve outside, letting them drip freely onto your patio or deck!

MAKES: 9

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups frozen sweet cherries
  • 1 cup plain unsweetened coconut milk beverage
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh, strained lime juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a blender, puree all of the ingredients until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into an ice pop mold, and freeze until solid, at least 2 hours.
  2. Place the bottom of the mold in a bowl of warm water for a minute or so to make releasing the pops easier.
