  • 1 cup (100g) grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary leaves
  • Pre-mixed salad and lemon cheeks, to serve

Divide the shaved leg ham, semi-sun-dried tomatoes, grated mozzarella cheese, and fragrant rosemary leaves equally among the fillets.
