  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup milk
  • ⅔ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen and thawed
  • 8 foil muffin cups including paper liners

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preparing for Baking: Preheat your air fryer to 330°F (165°C).
  2. Mixing Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir the dry ingredients together until well incorporated.
  3. Combining Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix together the canola oil, egg, and milk until the mixture is well combined.
  4. Incorporating Wet and Dry Mixtures: Pour the wet egg mixture into the bowl containing the dry ingredients. Gently stir the mixture until the dry ingredients are just moistened. It’s important not to overmix; a few lumps are perfectly fine.
