  • ½ cup milk, at room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
  • 2 eggs, at room temperature
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup blueberries

 

PREPARATIONS:

  1. Begin by placing the plain Greek yogurt, milk, softened butter, eggs, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon zest into the bread machine.
  2. Program the bread machine for Quick/Rapid bread and press the Start button.
  3. As the wet ingredients mix, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and ground nutmeg in a medium bowl.
