Bleu Burger

YIELD: 1 serving, with only a trace of carbohydrates, no fiber, and 27 grams of protein.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 hamburger patty
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 teaspoon finely minced sweet red onion

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cook your burger by your preferred method. When it’s almost done to your liking, top with the bleu cheese and let it melt.
  2. Remove from the heat, put it on plate, and top with onion.
