YIELD: 6 servings, each with 2 grams of carbohydrates, a trace of fiber, and a trace of protein.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Pinch each of pepper and salt
- 8 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine all the ingredients well, and store in the refrigerator, in a container with a tight-fitting lid.
NOTE:
- This is only enough for one big salad, but I wouldn’t double it; I’d make this one fresh so the garlic flavor will be better.
