Dulce de leche is incredibly easy to make, and equally delicious. Enjoy it on many ice cream flavors, on cakes, or even in your morning coffee.
INGREDIENTS | YIELD: 14 OUNCES
- 1 (14-ounce) can of sweetened condensed milk
DIRECTIONS:
- Remove paper from the can, place can in a large pot, and cover can with water at least 2 inches over top of can. Boil, covered, for 3–4 hours. Be sure to keep the can covered by boiling water the whole time.
- Allow can to cool in the water overnight
