Coconut, pineapple, and mangos call you to the tropics in this refreshing drink.

4 scoops Toasted Coconut Ice Cream
1 cup pineapple juice
¼ cup frozen mango
¼ cup fresh strawberries
1 fresh banana, peeled
½ cup coconut milk
Tropical Fruits
You can trade out other tropical fruits in this recipe if you’d like. For example, trade the mangos for papaya or the strawberries for lychee fruit. Or, use some star fruit and fresh pineapple.
DIRECTIONS
Place everything into a blender and process until smooth. Divide into two tall glasses to serve.
