4 scoops Mascarpone Ice Cream
1 cup light cream
¼ cup dark rum
¼ cup espresso, cooled
Vanilla wafers, crumbled, for garnish
Chocolate shavings, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Place Mascarpone Ice Cream, light cream, rum, and espresso into a blender and blend until smooth. Divide into two tall glasses. Garnish with crumbled vanilla wafers and chocolate shavings.
