2 cups Lemonade Sorbet , slightly softened
1 baked Sweet Dough Tart Crust
1 cup Lemon Curd
2 cups Strawberry Sherbet , slightly softened
3 cups Sweetened Whipped Cream
Pink Lemonade
Pink lemonade isn’t pink just because of food colorants. Beet juice is often used as the sweetener and provides that delightful pink color.
DIRECTIONS
1. Spread the Lemonade Sorbet into the prepared Sweet Dough Tart Crust pie shell. Allow to freeze for 30 minutes.
2. Top with the Lemon Curd, followed by the Strawberry Sherbet. Allow to freeze for 30 minutes.
3. Add whipped cream, piling high in the center.
4. Freeze until set. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with lemon wedges and whole strawberries, if desired.
