Triple Chocolate Ice Cream Pie

Layers upon layers of chocolate meld to provide one heck of a rich delight. You could never go wrong with a bit of chocolate syrup on the side.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 12
¾ cup Milk Chocolate Ganache
1 baked Chocolate Tart Crust
1 cup Decadent Chocolate Ice Cream slightly softened
2 cups Milk Chocolate Ice Cream slightly softened
1 cup White Chocolate Ice Cream
3 cups Sweetened Whipped Cream
Chocolate curls, for garnish
Chocolate Curls
Chocolate curls are easy to make. Simply melt about a cup of chocolate with a tablespoon of shortening, spread onto the back side of a baking pan, and allow to chill in the freezer for 1 minute. Remove and scrape into curls with a metal spatula or trowel.

DIRECTIONS
1. Spread a layer of Milk Chocolate Ganache over the pie shell. Layer the Decadent Chocolate Ice Cream into the prepared pie shell. Top with the Milk Chocolate Ice Cream and then the White Chocolate Ice Cream.
2. Allow to freeze for 30 minutes.
3. Add whipped cream, piling high in the center.
4. Freeze until set. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with chocolate curls or chocolate shavings, if desired.
