  • 60g Copha
  • 2 tbs honey
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 4 cups corn flakes

  1. Preheat your oven to 150°C in preparation for baking these delightful Honey Joys.
  2. Begin by melting together the Copha, honey, and sugar in a saucepan over low heat. Stir this mixture gently until the sugar has completely dissolved, and you’ll be greeted by a heavenly aroma that promises sweet satisfaction.
  3. Allow the Copha mixture to cool slightly, creating the perfect base for your Honey Joys. This step ensures a smooth and well-incorporated mixture.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, place the corn flakes, ready to be coated in the delicious Copha and honey mixture. Pour the Copha mixture over the corn flakes and gently mix until every flake is beautifully coated, creating a symphony of flavors and textures.
  5. Prepare muffin trays by lining them with paper cases, setting the stage for your Honey Joys to come to life.
  6. Carefully spoon the Honey Joy mixture into the prepared paper cases within the muffin trays. Each spoonful holds the promise of golden goodness and childhood memories.
  7. Slide the muffin trays into the preheated oven at 150°C. Allow the Honey Joys to bake for about 10 minutes, during which time they will transform into crunchy, golden treats.
