  • 1 tsp shrimp paste
  • 1 tsp Kaffir Lime Zest
  • 1/4 tsp white peppercorns
  • 10-15 green Thai chili peppers

 

PREPARATION:

  • Toast the coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and peppercorns in a pan until you hear a cracking sound. Let them cool.
  • Grate or thinly slice the lime zest.
  • Wash, dry, and chop the cilantro root.
