ALLERGIES:

  • Sf (Shellfish)
  • Gf (Gluten)
  • Df (Dairy)
  • Ef (Egg)
  • Nf (Nuts)

 

INGREDIENTS:

FOR THE EGG:

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil for frying

 

BASIL CHICKEN:

  • 1 chicken breast (or any other cut of boneless chicken, about 200 grams)
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 4 Thai chilies
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil for frying
  • Fish sauce
  • 1 handful of Thai holy basil leaves

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. First, fry the egg.
  2. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
  3. Peel the garlic and chilies, and chop them fine.
  4. Add basil leaves.
  5. Add about 1 tbsp. of oil to the pan.
  6. When the oil is hot, add the chilies and garlic. Stir fry for half a minute.
  7. Toss in your chicken and keep stir frying. Add fish sauce.
  8. Add basil into the pan, fold it into the chicken, and turn off the heat.
