Pineapple, lime, and mango deliver a fruity punch of flavor, cool and refreshing in this unusual pie.

1 baked Vanilla Wafer Crust
1½ cups Pineapple Coconut Sorbet slightly softened
1 cup Lime Curd
1½ cups Mango Sorbet slightly softened
3 cups Marshmallow Meringue

Over 20 million metric tons of mangos are grown throughout the tropical and subtropical world. India is the leading producer. Mexico and China compete for second place, with Pakistan and Indonesia following.
DIRECTIONS:
1. Spread the Pineapple Coconut Sorbet into the prepared Vanilla Wafer Crust pie shell.
2. Allow to freeze for 30 minutes, then top with the Lime Curd.
3. Top with Mango Sorbet.
4. Add Marshmallow Meringue, piling high in the center.
5. Freeze until set. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
Garnish with lime wedges, if desired.
