  4. Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook the mixture for approximately 8 to 10 minutes, continuously whisking until it thickens to a custard-like consistency.
  5. Once the mixture has thickened, remove the saucepan from the heat source.
  6. Stir in the raspberry juice and pulp that was set aside earlier.
  7. To ensure a silky texture, pour the mixture through a fine strainer into a plastic bowl.
  8. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture overnight. This resting period allows the flavors to meld and intensify.
