  • Ef (Egg)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 5 ounce mushrooms
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 (3/4 inch) thick pork chops

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat oven to 350F. Pour broth into a baking dish. Add rice and mushrooms and mix.
  2. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add pork chops in a single layer on that mixture and push them down into mixture and make sure they are covered with it.
  4. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
