This is a delicious, peanut buttery treat to top your favorite scoop of homemade ice cream.
INGREDIENTS | YIELD: 2 CUPS
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ cup water
- ¾ cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Stir the sugars, salt, and water in a small saucepan over high heat. Boil for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla until the texture becomes silky.
- Allow to cool to room temperature. Store in refrigerator, covered, up to 2 weeks.
