The dish is simple to prepare, with thin slices of prosciutto wrapped around bite-sized pieces of melon. The combination of flavors and textures is a refreshing and satisfying way to start a meal or serve as a light snack. It’s a perfect dish for a summer day or a warm weather gathering.
