Melon with Prosciutto

Melon with prosciutto is a classic Italian appetizer that combines the sweet flavor of ripe melon with salty, savory prosciutto. The dish is simple to prepare, with thin slices of prosciutto wrapped around bite-sized pieces of melon. The combination of flavors and textures is a refreshing and satisfying way to start a meal or serve as a light snack. It’s a perfect dish for a summer day or a warm weather gathering.

YIELDS: 12 servings, each with 4 grams of carbohydrates, a trace of fiber, and 6 grams of protein.
