Iceberg Peach Smoothie

This vibrant and nutrient-packed blend combines the refreshing flavors of iceberg lettuce, peach, banana, and mango. The Brazil nut adds a nutty taste and provides healthy fats and protein. Kombucha adds a tangy twist and contributes beneficial probiotics to support gut health.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup Iceberg lettuce
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 peach
  • 1 Brazil Nut
  • 1 Mango
  • 1 cup Kombucha
  • Hemp seeds (for topping)

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Wash the iceberg lettuce thoroughly and tear it into smaller pieces.
  2. Peel and slice the banana.
  3. Peel and pit the peach, then cut it into chunks.
  4. Peel the mango, remove the pit, and cut it into pieces.
  5. Measure out the Brazil nut and hemp seeds.
  6. In a blender, add the iceberg lettuce, banana, peach, Brazil nut, mango, and kombucha.
  7. Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and the smoothie reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
  8. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little more kombucha or water to thin it out. If it’s too thin, you can add a few extra pieces of frozen banana or ice cubes to thicken it.
  9. Taste the smoothie and add a natural sweetener like honey or maple syrup if desired. Adjust according to your preference and the sweetness of the fruits used.
  10. Pour the smoothie into glasses.
  11. Sprinkle hemp seeds on top for added nutrition and texture.
