Flax Almond Butter Smoothie

his vibrant and nutrient-packed blend combines the creaminess of yogurt and almond butter with the freshness of spinach, banana, and strawberries. Spinach provides an excellent source of vitamins and minerals, while banana and strawberries offer natural sweetness and fiber. The addition of flax seeds adds omega-3 fatty acids and additional fiber.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 strawberries
  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Measure out the plain yogurt, almond butter, spinach, frozen banana, strawberries, crushed ice, and flax seeds.
