Chocolate Bowls

This could have been included as a kids’ recipe, because the little ones just love helping out with the preparation. However, the results are so decadent, it needs to be considered adult!
INGREDIENTS | YIELD: 5–6 BOWLS
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
5–6 small round balloons, washed
Two Tone
For even more glam, melt half semisweet and half white chocolate in separate bowls. Dip the inflated balloon first in white chocolate on half of the balloon, and then in the semisweet for the other half.
Voilà!

DIRECTIONS
1. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Place the chocolate in a medium bowl and place in the microwave. Melt chocolate by turning the microwave on high for 30-second intervals, stirring in between intervals, until chocolate is smooth
and fluid, but not too hot.
3. Spoon a dollop of melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet. Spray the balloon with cooking spray, then dip the balloon into the bowl of melted chocolate, creating a bowl shape of chocolate. Place
balloon upright on the baking sheet where you spooned the chocolate, which will hold the balloon in place. Repeat with remaining balloons.
4. Allow chocolate to cool. Baking sheet can be placed in refrigerator to speed up process if desired. When cool, carefully pop balloons.
Fill chocolate bowls with favorite ice cream and garnish as desired.
