  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 2 cups sauerkraut
  • Salt, ground black pepper and ground cumin to taste
  • 2 cups beef stock
  • 2 pounds ground beef

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Put ingredients in the slow cooker and mix.
  2. Cover, and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
