  • 3 breadfruits
  • Milk of 2 coconuts

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the grill. Place the breadfruits on the grill and cook for 10 minutes on each side.
  2. Remove the breadfruits from the grill and let them cool slightly. Peel the breadfruits.
  3. Using a stick or a utensil, tap the breadfruits to soften them. Open the breadfruits and cut them into cubes.
  4. In a saucepan, combine the breadfruit cubes and the coconut milk.
  5. Cook the mixture over medium heat for approximately 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the breadfruit in coconut milk to cool for 10 minutes.
