  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 16 garlic cloves, peeled

  • 1 pound campanelle pasta
  • 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled (1 cup)
  • 1 cup chopped fresh basil

 

PREPARATIONS:

  1. Adjust oven rack to upper-middle position and preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In an 8-inch square baking dish, combine olive oil, peeled garlic cloves, ½ teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon pepper. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
