When freezing bananas, cut them into about 8–10 pieces, then place them on a wax paper–lined cookie sheet. Freeze for 2 hours, then quickly place into a plastic bag to freeze until you need them. It’s a great way to save bananas that are almost too old to enjoy.

4 bananas, chopped and frozen
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup espresso, chilled
½ cup crushed ice
¼ cup Dulce de Leche or Caramel Sauce
DIRECTIONS
Place everything into a blender and blend until smooth. Divide into two tall glasses to serve.
