Makes ⅓ cup

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Put the sesame seeds in a spice or coffee grinder and grind to a powder.
  2. Transfer the ground seeds to a small bowl. Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and honey and mix well. Use immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days before using.
