This recipe is a little switch-up from the traditional fruity smoothie, and will add a good amount of protein to your diet, too. Drink it up!

4 bananas, cut up and frozen
¼ cup smooth peanut butter
½ cup milk, very cold
½ cup crushed ice
1 scoop Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt

Peanuts contain more plant protein than any other nut or legume—nearly 8 grams per 1 ounce serving! This high level of protein also aids in satiation, creating a feeling of fullness. Eat up!
DIRECTIONS:
Place everything into a blender and blend until smooth. Divide into two tall glasses to serve.
